Return and Exchange Policy
At e.clyde, we always strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help, subject to the following conditions:
1. Timeframe
Regular products: Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Condition of Returnable Product
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must meet the following conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
All tags and labels must be present and undamaged.
The original purchase invoice and all accessories and promotional gifts included with the order must be included.
3. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
We regret that we cannot accept exchange or return requests in the following cases:
Products damaged due to misuse.
Products showing signs of wear and tear.
If the original packaging of the product is damaged or its tag is removed, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
4. Shipping Costs and Fees
Store Error or Manufacturing Defect: In the event of a defective or incorrect product arriving, e.clyde will bear all shipping and handling costs.
Customer's Choice: If the customer wishes to exchange or return the product without any defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
5. Refund Process
After we receive, inspect, and confirm the product is undamaged, the refund process will begin.
The refund process takes between 1 and 14 business days.
The transfer will be made via bank transfer, and the customer must provide customer service with the correct bank details.
